NOTICE    

                Subject :     Introduction of e-auction for disposal of

                                              Uncleared/ unclaimed  cargo.  

          Kolkata Port Trust is going to introduce E-auction for disposal of uncleared/ unclaimed cargo lying at Kolkata  Dock System (KDS) and Haldia  Dock Complex (HDC) shortly by engaging M/s. MSTC. Ltd.  as Selling  Agent.  

          Interested buyers who wish to participate in e-auction are required to get themselves registered with M/s. MSTC Ltd.  first for which they should contact their Eastern Regional Office at 225-F,  Acharya Jagadaish Chandra Bose Road, 3^rd floor, Kolkata-700020 ( Phone: 033-2289-1402/ 2281-2877 ).  

          Registered bidders will be issued photo ID cards by MSTC. 

          None other than the Registered bidders will have any access to the details of the E-auction.
