Grievance redressal
Shri A. Majumdar, Dy. Chairman (K) & Director of Grievances, Kolkata Port Trust, will be available from 3.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M. every Wednesday at his office at 15, Strand Road, Kolkata 700 001 for attending to public grievances. Grievances may also be sent in writing to the Dy. Chairman & Director of Grievances at the aforesaid address on any working day.
