Your members, who have still not registered themselves by submitting the Registration Form, duly filled up, may be requested to submit the same with the Systems Division at the 1st Floor of Subhas Bhavan, 40 CGR Road, Kolkata 700043. The form can be downloaded from KoPT website and is available under 'Port Community System'.
