Applications are invited from C.P.C.B. approved Waste Oil / Dirty Oil / Used Oil / Slop / Sludge recyclers for  registering themselves  with HDC for collection of above stated materials from Merchant Vessels at Haldia Dock Complex. They are required to submit their credentials (xerox copies of  of C.P.C.B's approval, ESI Regn , EPF Regn , Employment Tax Regn. certificates, details of personnel to be engaged for the purpose). Every regisrtered (with HDC) recycler will be required to deposit an amount of Rs. 50,000/ towards security deposit in favour of HALDIA DOCK COMPLEX, KOLKATA PORT TRUST. Applications should be addressed to Manager(Marine Operations), Haldia Dock Complex, Marine House, Chiranjibpur, Haldia, Pin-721604. Ph. No.-03224-252449.

                Presently M/s Bristol Petroleum Pvt. Ltd., 26/5/D-E, A.M. Ghosh Road, Budge-Budge, 24 Pg (S), is the only CPCB approved recycler registered with Haldia Dock Complex.
