Kolkata Port Trust Honoured for Remarkable Progress in Official Language Implementation.

 Dr. A.K. Chanda, Chairman, KoPT receives the Prashastipatra in connection with the Rajbhasha Shield Yojana of MOSRT&H for the year 2006-07 and 2007-08 from Shri A.P.V.N. Sharma, Secretary (Shipping), MOSRT&H on 4^th May, 2009, at New Delhi. Shri Rajib Shrivastava, Joint Secretary (Ports), (3^rd from the left) and Smt. S. Shri A.P.V.N. Sharma, Secretary (Shipping), MOSRT&H hands over the Shield and the Prashastipatra to Dr. A.K. Chanda, Chairman, KoPT on 4^th May, 2009, at New Delhi. Incidentally, Kolkata Port Trust won the 3^rd prize under the Rajbhasha Shield Yojana programme of MOSRT&H for the year 2005-06.
