27. Miscellaneous
27.1 Charges shall be levied at the following rates for miscellaneous service to vessels-

27.2 Charges for cancellation of any requisition under Section 27.1 (1 to 9) shall be levied at the rate of 10% of the charge applicable for the particular service
27.3 Charges for treament of ballast-water from P.O.L. tanker / other vessels handled at Haldia Oil Jetties/ any point at HDC shall be levied at the following rates :-
