Loading/Unloading/Restacking
17.1 At HDC loading/unloading/restacking charges shall be levied at the following rates when operations are done by HDC.

| above 20 tonnes and upto 35 tonnes | 125.00 | ||
| b) | above 35 tonnes | 250.00 | |
Note :
For direct delivery/receiving of cargo at the hook point no loading/unloading charges shall be levied under this section.
17.2 When loading/unloading is not done by the port on goods brought into port premises which are neither export nor import, receiving/delivery charge @ 20/- per operation shall be levied.
